 Throughout BuddyPress are numerous HTTP links, these should be updated to
 HTTPS

 Example domains that should be switched to https://:

 * http://buddypress.org -> https://buddypress.org
 * http://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org ->
 https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org
 * http://codex.buddypress.org -> https://codex.buddypress.org
 * http://bbpress.org-> https://bbpress.org
 * http://trac.wordpress.org -> https://core.trac.wordpress.org
 * http://core.trac.wordpress.org -> https://core.trac.wordpress.org
 * http://codex.wordpress.org -> https://codex.wordpress.org

 Various other external domains should also be checked if they now default
 to HTTPS and updated also.
