 On the "Add New Field Group" admin page, there used to be a placeholder on
 the "Group Name" input field.

 This was removed in r8632 when introducing the "URL" XProfile field type.
 Any idea why?

 This is bad for UX.  See attached screenshots.

 `01.patch` brings back the placeholder.  I understand that this is a
 string change so putting this under the 2.2 milestone, but could be deemed
 a regression.
