Comment:

 Building 4017.patch, i've realized, on a multisite config, there's no
 edit-tags.php (etc..) in the network admin. So it took me a while to
 "rebuild" the admin UI.

 To edit tags, i use an adaptated version of WordPress built in tag meta
 box in all group screens (admin/edit/create).

 I think it works fine, but i've found this
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/5809 annoying behavior in
 taxonomies]. I am a bit disappointed to have found it once i ended the
 patch :(
