Comment:

 Closing the ticket as we never heard back from the original reporter, but
 assuming my guess in my earlier comment was accurate; you can make that
 change by editing the theme templates. I don't know how I feel about
 adding an admin option to control this from inside the WordPress
 dashboard, and if that's what the aim behind the ticket was, I think we'd
 need to consider it some more in the scope of whether we'd want to provide
 a similar option for all/other components.
