 No reason it should be or have been though. I have contributed a fair bit
 and can do more and did push through updates as asked after xmas.

 I'm happy for things to be considered as dual lead and together, I'm sure,
 Tammie and I can push things forward at a smarter pace.

 Realistically though I think we need to have a notion of what is seen as
 the development timeframe for 2.0 to be able to gauge what is realistic to
 achieve for a product suitable for inclusion.
