 ok forget what i just said just saw an update with 16 entries funny thing
 is that none of the entries correlate with the timing of the regular post
 roll i think something is triggering the rss updates every so often but i
 can't for the life of me seem to ascertain what it is and there definitely
 gaps in the rss data.
