 Just tried the steps after deactivating Theme My Login. The error mgs
 doesn't appear as wp-login.php is used instead of the themed login page
 provided by the plugin. Perhaps the error is related to the use of the
 themed login page. I'll raise this as an issue on the plugin's support
 forum.
