 In 1.7 beta the "create new Group" button has disappeared from the groups
 page. I can't create groups (there is not create group option in the back
 end groups panel either). I have checked "Enable group creation for all
 users" in the BP options and logged in as admin.

 I am testing 1.7 with Avada theme. Everything else seems to work fine.
