 Hi. This sounds like a support request rather than a bug report. If you
 haven't already, please visit the support site at
 http://buddypress.org/support/ and write a post explaining how to recreate
 this problem. I'm pretty confident it's a bug in another plugin you are
 using, because I've seen similar issues before, so if you could list what
 plugins you have active, we can take a look at them. Thanks!
