#4189: Settings tab does not work in the upgrade

I have seen several discussions regarding the “Settings” tab on the member
profile not working with no definitive solution to the problem except –
merely copying the folder from the Buddypress CORE to the Member folder
within the THEME itself. However, when I do this… none of the CSS is
present – it’s like the CSS for my theme is STRIPPED from just the
SETTINGS page. All of the other tabs on the member profile pages work
properly EXCEPT the Settings tab. How do we fix this? This just started
happening with the latest updates. I need this fixed immediately.

We should not have to MOVE files from the CORE for the Settings tab to
work. This happens on ALL BUDDYPRESS installations.
