 Upon activating the beta on a clean WP 3.3 install, I went to the new
 setup screen. Clicking the "active", "inactive", or "must-have" links
 produced an error message ("Permissions Not Found" or similar). Going past
 that step and completing the setup, I went back and these links worked
 just fine.

 Also of note: this is on a locally hosted WP site (MAMP PRO).
