 When I do a new install of Wordpress on Windows 7, with fresh install of
 the BuddyPress plugin, Non-Admin users don't see any posts on the Forums
 page.  They can see the page fine, it just says 0 posts found.  I was able
 to reproduce the issue.

 I also noticed that when the various pages that BuddyPress uses are nested
 underneath a top-level page, they show ZERO content.  The only thing they
 display is the header.  It's like the code for those pages doesn't even
 run.

 Not sure if they are related.
