Comment:

 It sounds like you're simply running out of memory. Try disabling some
 plugins (by renaming their plugin foldes via FTP, if you can't access wp-
 admin), or try increasing your PHP memory limit as described here
 http://codex.buddypress.org/troubleshooting/blank-pages/

 It's always been the case that running BuddyPress has taken a fair amount
 of memory, and 34MB is pretty meager. This is especially true when running
 BP alongside a number of other plugins, over which we have no control.

 If it turns out that this is due to a reproducible problem in BP (aside
 from simply running a lot of plugins on shared hosting), please reopen the
 ticket with details. Thanks!
