 Boon's fix is using bp_activity_comment_id() which does the same thing,
 but pulls the code into an adjustable template file. although .02 works
 .01 is a better solution.
 In my tests its working great!

 There is still the issue of the ID being used multiple times. I'm going to
 work a quick fix for that.  Also to note, the Ajax calls a TON of
 .parent() which is highly theme specific.
