 Boone and I discussed the $attr['discover'] in IRC last night, in some
 detail. We concluded that the following was a good option:

 `$attr['discover'] = ( apply_filters( 'bp_embed_oembed_discover', false )
 && current_user_can( $id, 'unfiltered_html' )`
