 Hi,

 There is a issue with BuddyBar and Twenty Eleven theme.

 When you are logged in, you can not select the drop down menus on
 BuddyBar.

 Seems the drop down menus is under the theme and when you put the cursor
 on the drop-down menu, the drop down menu disappears.
