 The message that explains the userid when looking at a member's profile
 talks about sending the member a message when you use @username in a
 message. I'm pretty sure this only actually happens if the activities
 component is enabled. The message should be hidden, or worded differently,
 if the component is disabled. (Actually, there's a case for not displaying
 the userid in this case - is there any other use for it?)

 The message is defined in functions.php, at around line 33.
