 In #3867 (when the recursed variable $comment was changed to
 $comment_child at http://trac.buddypress.org/browser/trunk/bp-activity/bp-
 activity-template.php?annotate=blame&rev=4216#L801) to prevent some
 errors. The change was not made completely throughout the function, so
 that the incorrect content (that of the parent, ie $comment) was being
 shown for comments, and the Reply and Delete links on comments were not
 working correctly.
