 I am the author of the WordPress Editorial Calendar plugin.

 This plugins adds a new page to the admin console that uses JQuery
 animations with swing easing.  Those animations break when I install
 BuddyPress.  It looks like the JavaScript is BuddyPress is disabling or
 removing that easing type.  Linear easing works fine.

 I was able to work around this issue in my plugin, but it may cause
 problems for other WordPress plugins working with BuddyPress.
