 Would you mind testing this on the latest trunk to see if it's still
 happening?

 The conditional if ( $bp->groups->current_group->enable_forum &&
 function_exists('bp_forums_setup') ) is important because the forum link
 shouldn't show up in groups where the forum isn't enabled, or on
 installations where forums aren't running.
