 @etiviti 'bp_core_signup_user' action change the wp_users.user_status to
 int 0 and then filter 'bp_registration_needs_activation' to false.
 ----

 Problem i see with this is `bp_core_signup_send_validation_email` is
 called before the do_action on `bp_core_signup_user` so the user will get
 a confusing email about activating
