 Basically, what r-a-y says here:

 “bp_blogs_record_activity_content” filter or in the “bp_create_excerpt”

 I just want a way to tell BuddyPress 'Check and see if I made an excerpt
 FIRST in my blog post. And if so, use that, please and thank you.'

 (I hate to say it but ... FaceBook does this. *shudder*)

 So can I get a parameter to toss in that filter?  I'm going to poke at it
 in my free time, but god knows I have none of that :/
