 'registration/register' is the only bp_core_load_template that does not
 have a filter applied to it.

 This means every single file OTHER than the register.php file found in the
 "registration" folder can be moved to another location.

 Is this done on purpose, is it a bug or an enhancement request? I ask this
 question as this is the first TRAC ticket I have submitted so want to be
 sure I'm doing it right... :-)
