Comment:

 Quick patch... haven't tested with 155 nested activity comments mind you
 ;)

 If you have nested comments, it will simply hide the parent activity
 comment.
 Therefore, you would not see the latest five parent comments, but four.

 If anyone has a more, elegant solution, please modify the patch to your
 liking!
