 Update: I've now tested both issues with the latest version of Firefox and
 Safari. Results:

 1) Members widget:
 When there's no pupular members in the members widget, the cell is getting
 pushed down aprox. 10px. This happens when the text "No members matched
 the current filter" is displayed.

 (Update: Still bad alignment in IE, Firefox and Safari)

 2) Groups widget:
 When clicking either "Newest, Active or Pupular" the cell is getting
 pushed down aprox. 5px.

 (Update: Only bad alignment in IE. Alignment is good with Firefox and
 Safari)
