 Creating a post on the admin blog, where an image in embedded at the
 beginning of the post (where auto-excerpting can pick it up); when the
 item is picked up in the Sitewide Activity stream, the image is not
 resized, and breaks the layout to some degree (even when standard WP
 thumbnail size is used)
