Comment:

 BuddyPress requires WPMU, you are using Regular WP. To fix your site,
 rename your /plugins/ folder to anything else, and visit yoursite.com/wp-
 admin/plugins.php (or whichever the URL is).
 This issue would have better gone on the forums, btw.
