[buddypress-dev] New sign-up emails - customising the wording

Hi Andy,

just wondering if there's a way to change the wording on the welcome 
emails when a user signs up for the first time. They receive a profile 
only so the email's default wording of "blog" is misleading. 
Unfortunately, this email is sent from wpmu-functions.php and, if 
possible, I'd like to avoid hacking this file. Besides, when the same 
user subsequently creates a blog, then the default wording is fine as 
they are creating a blog.
