Only if they go to choose a new theme. :) If a currently selected theme 
is active for a blog, and it is then deactivated sitewide, it still 
remains on the blog. It just gets removed from the presentation area.

If I physically remove the old default theme, then everyone would revert 
to the theme under the "default" folder, which is now the buddypress one.
